BUYER is the person who is a member of the https://www.baklavatower.com shopping site as a customer. The address and contact information provided by the BUYER for purchases made while becoming a member or without becoming a member are taken as basis.

SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is related to the sale and delivery of the product, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website https://www.baklavatower.com, having the qualifications mentioned in the contract, the content and sales price of which are specified in articles 1.3 and 1.4 of the contract. is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts Implementation Principles and Procedures.

BUYER acknowledges and agrees that the product purchased from https://www.baklavatower.com website was produced upon his/her own order; that he cannot return it on the grounds that he does not like it, except for errors that may occur at the end of production; basic characteristics of the product subject to sale, sales price, payment method, delivery conditions, etc. He accepts and declares that he is aware of all preliminary information about the product and the right of withdrawal, that he confirms this preliminary information electronically and then orders the product, in accordance with the provisions of this contract.

Preliminary information and invoice on https://www.baklavatower.com are integral parts of this agreement. After all the necessary information is entered, the BUYER confirms that this contract has been read and accepted by marking the relevant section and the order is completed. Once the order is placed, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this contract. After the order is completed, an "Order Confirmation" e-mail is sent to the e-mail address provided by the BUYER.

REFUND PROCEDURE TO CREDIT CARD

The buyer may request cancellation by exercising his right of withdrawal before the product or products subject to the order reach the preparation or shipping stage. In cases where it is decided to refund the price to the buyer, if the purchase is made by credit card and in installments, the refund procedure to the credit card is stated below:

Depending on how many installments our customer purchased the product, the bank repays the customer in installments. After the seller pays the entire product price to the bank at once, and in case the installment expenditures made through the Bank POS are refunded to our customer's credit card, the requested refund amounts are transferred by the Bank to the holder's accounts in installments in order to prevent the parties involved in the matter from being victimized.

In case of return of goods and services purchased by card, https://www.baklavatower.com cannot pay the customer in cash, in accordance with the contract it has made with the Bank.

RETURN TO BANK ACCOUNT PROCEDURE

For purchases made via bank transfer (Money Transfer-EFT), a refund will be made to the account number used by the Buyer.

DELIVERY AND RETURN PROCEDURE

If the BUYER has requested the product to be delivered via Cargo by https://www.baklavatower.com, the product will be delivered to the address where the BUYER has requested delivery, through the Cargo company with which the SELLER works. BUYER accepts that the delivery made to the address specified by the BUYER and to the person present at this address during delivery will be deemed as delivery to the BUYER.

Shipping costs for purchases made from https://www.baklavatower.com may vary depending on our periodic campaigns and the characteristics of the products you purchase, such as quantity and volume.

Since our products are prepared completely for you using our image gallery or the images you have uploaded, returns are not accepted except for negativities and errors that may occur in production or shipping.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

People under the age of 18 cannot shop at https://www.baklavatower.com. https://magaza.interbag.com.tr offers products that will appeal to children as well; but sells them to adults.

You can shop at https://www.baklavatower.com with credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Orders that are not transferred within one week will be cancelled. The processing time of orders is not the moment when the order is placed, but the moment when we determine that the money equivalent to the order amount is blocked from the credit card account or that the transfer has reached our accounts. Payment methods not specified, such as prepaid postage or postal check, are not accepted.

SELLER will deliver all orders accompanied by a delivery note and invoice as required by law. All prices for purchases are expressed in TL. VAT rates are 18% and are included in our listed prices.

If the BUYER wishes to make payment by credit card, he/she will be directed to the "Bank's Secure Payment Page" after order confirmation. In transactions made by the BUYER here, your card information will not be recorded under any circumstances and will not be forwarded to the SELLER.

Without the written permission of the SELLER, the products purchased from https://www.baklavatower.com cannot be copied, reproduced or printed as posters, photographed and used as printed or visual material, or modified.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

BUYER will be informed by e-mail when the product or products reach the preparation and shipping stage. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

BUYER cannot exercise his right of withdrawal if he is notified by e-mail when the product or products reach the preparation and shipping stage.

If the order is placed, the BUYER is deemed to have accepted all the conditions of this contract.
