A. HONESTY

4. We fulfill our legal responsibilities regarding after-sales service and warranty conditions.

5. Taking or giving bribes is unacceptable to us.

 

B. RESPECT FOR THE LAW

 

Our company respects the rules of national and international law.

III. EMPLOYEE CODE OF ETHICS

3. Employees create and maintain all company records under their responsibility in a legal, accurate and complete manner. It shows care to ensure that the data and reports declared by the company are real and accurate.

4. It is unacceptable for employees to damage official documents while performing their duties. Complies with the time and other restrictions specified by the relevant authority in the preparation of official documents.

5. Employees protect and guard the company's financial and commercial secrets, confidential information and documents, and trade secrets, and do not share them within the company or with third parties and other institutions/organizations for any purpose. 12. Employees take care to ensure that the investments they make for their personal development do not conflict with the interests of the company. Plans personal investments and other non-business activities in a way that does not disrupt company mission.

13. He/she takes care to protect the company's interests during his/her duty and avoids any behavior aimed at benefiting himself/herself or his/her relatives. If the employee's relative is a shareholder or has a financial interest in the institution or organization with which he has a commercial relationship, the employee informs his immediate superior when he learns of this situation.

14. Employees are subject to the rules determined within the company only from the people, institutions and organizations they are in contact with due to their duties.
